Horizon Staffing Solutions has an excellent clerical secretary job located in Ocean County, New Jersey. Clerical secretaries are responsible for the effective flow of information and communication in an organization. They answer telephones, take messages for staff members and handle client requests. They use computers for many aspects of the job, including correspondence, desktop publishing and Internet research. We want only qualified and motivated individuals to fill our client’s need.
Location: Ocean County, New Jersey
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: Competitive
Clerical Secretaries should be able to:
– Operate fax machines, copiers, scanners and videoconferencing equipment
– Bargain with vendors and monitor office equipment use and maintenance.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent / Prior administrative and accounting experience helpful but not necessary.
