LSW Supervisor – Atlantic City, NJ
Horizon Staffing Resources is seeking a qualified Licensed Social Worker Supervisor in Atlantic City, NJ. The LSW Supervisor oversees a team of Case Manager in the Community Support Services department. The LSW Supervisor will supervise, coach, and manage the team by implementing improvements, monitoring operations efficiency, handling daily problem solving, and performing administrative duties for the case management team. The LSW Supervisor is involved in both short-term and long-term planning to effectively direct departmental activities through subordinate management staff.
Hours/Schedule
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm OR 8:00am to 4:00pm
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance for bother oneself and reporting employees
- Provide leadership in program management, decision-making, problem solving, and the development of unit procedures and records
- Manage employee performance, including training and conflict resolution
- Foster and ethical, non-discriminatory, and safe work environment
- Approve timesheets and ensure proper scheduling, including time-off requests
- Evaluate performance and assist in the development of goals and objective for staff
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Cod of Ethics.

Qualification Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of previous experience preferred
- Valid New Jersey LSW or LCSW (LCSW preferred)
- Master’s degree in Social Work
