Description

Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking reliable administrative personnel to work at a variety of fast paced Community Clinic in the Lakewood, NJ area.

The main administrative personnel job function is helping with registration and patient intake. Candidates must be comfortable with data entry. Candidates must also be willing to hand out educational brochures, coordinate traffic flow, and assist nursing staff with other duties on site.

Scheduling:

  • Hours of operation: 8:00AM – 11:00AM
  • Per Diem events held at two different locations in Lakewood
  • Scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • Training provided prior to scheduling

  • Record patient intake

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Previous data entry/and or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with EMR systems a plus
  • Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail
